if you're looking for a great bar with awesome drinks, atmosphere, and bartender, this is the place for you! i came here with my boyfriend and we had so much fun, best bar experience we have had. the bartender (and owner) matt was really incredible. super chill, made us so many drinks, such a good time. he also makes his own homemade popcorn that is SO GOOD you have to try the salt and vinegar!

On the Rocks is one of my favorite bars in the District in downtown Columbia. It has a speakeasy kind of vibe. The staff is very friendly and the bar tenders know their mixology! Jumbo shots and martini specials every day. I highly recommend.
