The food was fantastic. The service was great. They seemed a little understaffed but they were there whenever we needed something nonetheless. The decorations were on par for a college town for sure.

Horrible. I will never be back to this location. Need more employees. I get it they were busy but wow. The restaurant was filthy. Bathrooms were way over due for a cleaning. We were even asked 5 min into our meal if we were leaving soon. Dropped the balm pizza hut.

I mistakenly ordered from the wrong location. When I tried to call and get it cancelled or sent elsewhere, the number option for issues is down as well as staff sending me to what seems to be a disconnected line for a "manager". We will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

The $7.00 Pizza Melts that I got today 1/26/2024 during Lunch was delicious. This Pizza Hut on Clark Lane in Columbia Missouri did a awesome job making my $7.00 Pizza Melts. The employees and manager was polite.Parking: Great parking spots

Are they really closed today? Why was I able to create an online order, then wait over 2hrs sitting on that order before I supposedly find this out? I would have just gone up there, but it's cold, and the bus wait back is far too long.
I am in the hospital with my newborn daughter. I had a c section and my daughter has jaundice. I called to order pizza and was told to order from a different pizza hut. I tried but it kept ringing busy. I ordered in the app first time it got canceled. I reorderd it and was tracking it. Said it was being cooked at 545 I got a phone call from them. I thought it was delivery man saying he was here. It was the store saying I told you not to order from us and were not bringing your food. You can come pick it up. No I've had a c section and I can't drive. I hung up and called dominoes. This woman did not like the fact I was in the hospital. She was rude and I think she ate mu food. She should be fired.

Such a long wait and wait is the front door locked. The only door unlocked is in front of the drive through it makes no sense. It makes people think the restaurant is closed??
