We were visiting Columbia and thought we'd check out a place near U of Mo. I wish we had sampled more on the menu for a review that was more comprehensive but we stopped at the two side dishes. The sweet potato waffle fries were good, but the kimchi ... labelled cabbage probably should be removed from the menu, or the Korean theme removed from the venue because it was ... "lacking". I was surprised to learn they have several locations as what little we had wasn't impressive. Again, we didn't stay so this is very limited, and perhaps my expectations were too high when it comes to Korean food. No flavor or value in this experience. Not sure if we'll give it another chance or not.Just a note, I didn't consider it a "dive", so the management should consider performing some maintenance during the slow traffic periods and put the staff to work mopping the floor ... the sidewalk outside appeared cleaner. Dives can get away with it, trendy places not so much.

Tacos were decent and had good flavor. The chips and queso is a negative 5 star. Their chips and queso is a joke. No self respecting person who has had real chips and queso will enjoy it. It is just barely heated canned cheese put into a styrofoam cup and small amount of chips for $5. If you want real chips and queso try somewhere else, where queso is actually an art and people actually care.Nothing special here food wise. Atmosphere was cool, but it was a ghost town inside the restaurant at lunch time. That tells you something. So customers must not return. I won't be coming back.

First time visiting. Food absolutely blew me away. All I've been thinking about since is how much I want to find a way to justify a 2 hour drive out to eat here again. Their bolgogi is phenomenal, and the quesadilla with the bolgogi and the elotes was one of the best things I've eaten in years. Also the best horchata I've ever had. Cannot recommend enough and I need a location in Kansas City like yesterday.

I will never EVER eat here again. I always order chips and queso and never have I ever been served this small amount of queso! Went back in and the woman at the counter said that’s how they always do it but I know that’s a lie because I always get it. Then they give you so many chips! What is the point of having a lot of chips if there’s a VERY small amount of cheese?! Very unfortunate!!

Mind, belly, Seoul! This place is fantastic. The workers were very friendly and welcoming. The food is beautiful and very tasty. The kimchee is very good and the meat selections on my tacos were really good. I gave 4 stars and not 5 because the tortillas were super hard and difficult to chew. This place has so much going for it! I'd return and try the bowl next time.
I got 3 steak tacos and they were absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is alright but the service was sub par. They are there to do a job, and that is very clear. Not personable at all. I will absolutely come back though, those tacos were bomb!

Food is solid. I had the steak tacos. The flavor was good. Some spice, but not overwhelming. Almost like a spicy teriyaki. Shells were good too. I gave it four stars because the ambiance is fun, but the place could be cleaner. I came right when they opened. Tables were sticky. Seating hadn't been wiped down. And, it was warm. Like the AC was either not working well or turned too high. I would definitely eat here again. Total bill was around $13 for 3 tacos and a drink. Tacos were a good size.

Very unique Korean taco shop. Food is always excellent and generous portions. They always have an amazing playlist of songs playing in the background.
We went out to Seoul taco for dinner last night, and it was a great experience. I got the burrito with bull, Gogi beef, and my wife got the bowl with steamed rice and Bulgogi beef as well. The beef was incredible. Deeply seasoned and sweet. The burrito is made with their kimchi fried rice, which is absolutely delicious, but fried is a deeply correct statement. It was so swimming in grease by the end there were gigantic puddles of grease in the bottom of the burrito. We also got an appetizer of dumplings, which were delicious and huge. We thought that they were a little expensive for what we would be getting, but we easily could’ve made an entrée out of the dumplings and selves as an appetizer. Overall a great experience. We will be back.

Where is that freak from the food network with the frosted tips. This place is ridiculously good. Very tasty, very filling, and very very creative. I'm not about to go out and spend 15 dollars on a boring burger.. But I'll stop by Seoul Taco for a burrito that's filled with fried rice and kimchi and whatever else they stuff in there. I want to go to this place every day but I'm afraid I would get sick of it. The people that work here are cool. They're not over the top friendly and whatever. Not a huge fan of hiphop in the background. But it's fine.
