The food here is not up to Sonic's standards. The fries are always just warm and stale, and the burgers are acceptable, but not terrific. The Sonic in Centralia, MO is miles better than this. If the employees must smoke, please don't do it just outside the door, go out back. Instead of apologizing to all the bad reviews do something!

This Sonic on St. Charles road consistently misses the mark. Service was slow, food was cold and missing an item, had to wait yet another 5 minutes for the tots they missed. It's like this consistently. I won't be back again.
