I would rate this higher if they had the food and the hours the app promised. Often times, the lobby is closed to being short staffed. If there is an error requiring a refund, it takes a customer service call and the promise, not a guarantee, of a 4 to 6 day wait on a refund. Corporate doesn't address the complaints and makes me inclined to eat elsewhere.
Very dirty dining area, food came out messy, staff barely acknowledged us. However the staff that did interact with us was friendly and they looked as though they were running more than 1 position. Would give a second chance but not
