Had an early dinner on a Thursday night. It was a bit busy, but not packed. Attended with my sister who is an amputee and has recently had shoulder surgery. She is quite evidently handicapped. Yet we were seated as far from the front door as humanly possible. The floor is hazardous for walking and not well lit at all. We were not asked what our needs were at all. My teenaged daughter requested to be seated closer to the exit and was told that we were seated where we were seated. It is shameful that a big business like this treats members of our community like this. Will never go back.

The steak I ordered was 11 Oz. Appeared to small. Appeared smaller than my daughters 8 Oz. Asked for manager. She said mine was probably just pressed down to cook it to the medium well I wanted. I pionted out my daughter's steak size for comparison. Nothing, said they could cook a new one but would take 30 minutes. Offered me a dessert, and did not get it taken off bill. Usually very good place. Not tonight.

Very delicious food every time I go, you will need a extra notch in your belt after you leave here. I love the free rolls with the cinnamon butter! Everything is pretty much delicious. Great environment.

I don't often give bad ratings however, it was disappointing that during a pandemic very few employees and even fewer guests were wearing masks. It is my belief that it's Management's responsibility to protect their workers and guests at all times. Please reconsider your decision regarding mask requirements and keep the public safe.

They were doing a booming business but the server was very good. Came back to check to see if everything was to our satisfaction. The steak kabobs were just a little tough but great flavor. It was so noisy I couldn't here what my party was talking about. Everyone around you were upbeat. So nice to see people enjoying themselves

The food tonight was quite good. I had the Kansas City Strip and it was cooked just right. Service was pretty good, but just a bit slow.

Horrible customer service in Columbia, MO. Do not recommend. Was told an hour wait. People coming in right and left getting tables. I even heard the host state he would bump people up. After one hour wait, host told us it would be 25 minutes more. Host should not have been moving people up the list. When addressed with host, he stated “you are a walk in, it is what it is and ohh well”. Avoid the Columbia, MO location.

Columbia MO Texas roadhouse has groups talking outside.. waiting their turn for the professional service you to can receive .. front employees smile and make you so welcome! Entry is easier if you use call ahead seating! Wait staff is always well trained, drinks are replenished quickly and with a minimum of disturbance to any table discussions! The food arrives and seldom is there ever a mistake. Often a manager will come check to see that every patron is having the best experience possible! I love coming here. It's so good that everyone waiting with their red buzzer is quietly, happily waiting their turn. I love Texas Road House,!

Very good! Bread is amazing, had a great dinner. Salmon was the best I've ever had!! My husband has a 6oz sirloin steak and shrimp meal and he was so satisfied. From the appetizers to dinner and drinks everything was beyond what we expected. Customer service was outstanding!! Very attentive from beginning to end. Prices are great. Would definitely recommend and absolutely come back with it a doubt!!

1st time here, but not the first time at a Texas Roadhouse. This one seemed different than our normal ones. They asked when seating if we wanted rolls and then asked if we wanted butter or honey cinnamon butter. We've actually never been asked that and we've been to several other Texas Roadhouse throughout the US. Service was good. Food was good too. We went on a Saturday afternoon around 3 pm and it wasn't busy at all.

Great service & great food w/o salt or pepper. Next time I will ask for 0 seasoning so’s I don’t need a hot water bath for beans, mushrooms, onions, or steak. I prefer the taste God gives food!Next time I will cut the 6 oz. steak in 1/2 & the 12 oz. sweet potato in thirds! The rolls are really fluffy doughnut clouds & a TERRIBLE temptation!

Bailey was a great server really appreciate the attentiveness she gave my daughter myself during our visit. With my daughter being in the army we don't get to see each other that often anymore... So it makes that much more special when we do. Thank you for the good recommendations

The food at Texas Roadhouse was uniformly excellent. I have never known my family to be of one accord on food quality but we were on Texas Roadhouse cuisine. I had the 23 ounce steak, medium well, and it was perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. Now if they could just get rid of the incessant country music this place would be perfect.
