I don’t normally leave reviews period but this was awful. My family and I came to eat a couple days ago. It took them at least 45 minutes to make our food. (three sandwiches and three smoothies) and the customer service was awful. I see a lot of poor reviews on this location so I hope something is being done.
Walked in happy left irritated and wanting to punch a bitch. Their rude af in this location and youll be standing there to order for 10 minutes before someone even looks at you.
I ordered the chicken club flatbread online. I was very disappointed when I got home. The flatbread was sloppily made, and DRENCHED in chipotle sauce, which then made the flatbread soggy, just wayyyyy too much. There was a huge unusual amount of lettuce, to the point where I had to double check my order to make sure If I accidentally asked for extra… I didn’t. Very disappointed, the flatbread is usually really good, but it was disgusting this time.

They have good smoothies and food but their serves isn't great. They are understaffed and work on serving the on-line orders so much more than the in person. There was a line forming and nobody even was taking our order for awhile until another worker showed up.
The smoothies are usually good, but the food so far has been disappointing. Every time I have ordered their food it has been incorrect or subpar. There is always something missing or it takes forever to get the order and then when I finally receive it the food seems like its been sitting forever or old. I don't understand...Also at my most recent visit the employee who was taking my order seemed to be in a terrible mood and miserable being there. He made me feel uncomfortable and rushed. Because I felt rushed I randomly picked something to get out of his way and it ended up not being what I wanted.
Smoothie was good but probably the slowest service I have ever had.
We got the wrong order today, and upon calling and explaining why we needed the bowl we ordered, not the wrap we were sent (a gluten allergy, so she couldn't just eat the wrap), a bowl was brought out to us within fifteen minutes! Amazing service. We will order again! (We order at least twice a month, anyway.)
I ordered a wrap with plant based meat substitute through door dash as I've been vegetarian for years. I opened my wrap and it had chicken. I called the store who even though doesn't deliver should have drove 1 mile to fix their mistake and bring what I paid for. Instead the stand in manager who said she didnt know what to do said if ai gave her my credit card info she would refund me. Why would I trust you with that info??!! She said she could mail me a gift card. So unprofessional. Will never order again.
i visited this location sept. 12 around 7pm and was greeted by an employee wearing a mask...with their mouth and nose "out." as i was waiting for my order the employee proceeded to let four other customers into the store that were maskless. they even went as far to take a photo of them (seemed like they were friends). the other employee present that made my smoothies was properly wearing a mask. there was signage stating the mask ordinance, there was a barrier over the cash r
I ordered pickup so I can only speak to the quality of the food. I am a huge pesto lover and ordered the chicken pesto - LOVED it!! My husband’s chipotle chicken flatbread had a pool of chipotle sauce towards the bottom, which could mean the sauce was too runny (we are only a 5min drive). The homemade apple kale salad was also refreshing and tasty!
Love this place and it's a fav spot for the kids.
Every single time I order from this location it’s wrong. There are no greens in a paradise point, yet every time I receive it it’s green and taste disgusting. The other location gets it right every single time !!
