I always love coming into tropical smoothie but today was not a good experience. There were two girls in particular that were very rude, one of them seemed more as a standby she was nice to us giving us our items so I think she just got caught in fire, but her coworker who’s name I caught. Emily(with green hair), was very rude. My friend was skeptical about ordering the correct smoothie she likes and even though she thought it wasn’t the smoothie the girl said she said it with attitude and a demeaning tone towards my friend. As soon as we came in she seemed like she had an attitude, made us feel rushed, and also had headphones in. She caught attitude and kept looking to her friend in a judging towards my friend and I way. Again I think the friend just got caught in fire by Emily so I didn’t ask for her name but Emily has terrible customer service and has completely turned us away from this location(which was our favorite). As well just checked, my friend is missing sauce from her food and there are large chunks of ice in our smoothies. Doesn’t make sense, as we were the only ones in there, how customer service and I guess food service was so bad.

I loved their green drink with ginger in it. I was having some stomach cramps from not so great New Year’s Day eating. Lol. So I stopped by here and purchased one of their drinks and it really helped me with digestive issues. What a great resource. I love that the drink only had 190 cal in it as well. Perfect. I’ll be back!

I ordered a hummus veggie wrap and the person put meat in it without asking when it’s not even one of the ingredients in the wrap. I’m vegetarian and I can’t eat meat and there was too much to throw away so I had to throw the entire thing away after driving 30 minutes to get it.

This is my go to place when I am in town, since we don't have one where I am from. Healthy drinks is definitely a plus to get my started and the wraps are perfect. The staff has always been so helpful and polite when I have been indecisive and they my order in a great timely matter.
Paige provided amazing service and an even better smoothie. She made it with care and a smile on her face. Shes a delight. We will be back! Great customer care.

Got a Pesto Chicken Flatbread and a Triple Berry smoothie for lunch . The smoothie was great and could have been lunch by itself . Grandson got the Strawberry Chicken Flatbread and a Strawberry smoothie with an edible lime straw ! Lots of people were ordering online & picking up.

I asked for a super green Caesar salad. They accidentally gave me a Caesar wrap. This is actually the second time this has happened to me there. When I told the girl I asked for a salad, she was rude and tried argued with me that she heard me say wrap. She also had a huge hickey on her neck so that’s pretty unprofessional.
