Attitudes were horrible employees showed no kind of pleasure in serving. After paying for my food on cashapp which the money was taken off, the cashier states I didn't pay. After reviewing my account seeing that the money was taken off my card, the employee then started "Oh that happens all the time with cashapp your money is in the loop and should return". Instructing me to add more money and pay again. At this point I didn't want the food and told them to cancel my order. Still waiting on my money to return. To be an establishment that doesn't holds the standards advertised I'm very disappointed!

3 times out of 5, your order is going to be incorrect, especially if you order through DoorDash. And they will not issue a re-delivery, just a credit for the item so you'll have pay for tax, delivery fee and tio again. I ordered a chicken sandwich and received everything on the bun EXCEPT the chicken patty. Who does that? Chic fil a expects me drive the item back to their store for replacement. Why should I have to do that, when I ordered delivery to begin with and it's your fault? I'll no longer order from this place via DD, or in person. Hire people who care enough to get orders right and at least understand that the chicken patty actually belongs on a chicken sandwich. Ugh

This is the slowest chick-fli-a I have ever been to. Curbside takes over 10 minutes, drive thru line is very long and slow, mobile orders you still have to wait in the long drive thru line to check in and put into another line to wait. I noticed there’s not a lot of team members out working the lines down at this location versus the other locations in St. Louis.

I seldomly go to this location because the food never looks nor taste good. Every time I order a reg chicken sandwich the chicken breast never has any batter on it. If I wanted a plain patty I would order a grilled chicken sandwich! I also order fries with no salt! Lo and behold, they double box the fries as if they don’t put salt on them, but the fries ALWAYS have salt on them! The service is better than the food.

I recommend going to any other Chick-fil-A for your cravings. The grilled chicken is always lacking flavor and dry. The brownies are usually always dry and stale. Chicken strips are a lot smaller than other locations. They do move fast though! The food is always a hit or miss.

I placed an online order like I usually do. It was for 2 salads and an order of 12 count nuggets. I’ve always ordered 2 salad dressings with my salads the app lets you. Well I inspected my order and noticed I was missing 2 dressings and was told that they only include 1 now. I said the app allows 2. The guy didn’t care. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was one. I told him don’t you think you should do what’s right? I mean if this was you how would you feel. Well he went back to the window and came back to my car and told me there is nothing he can do. I said this isn’t good customer service. Which is sad because isn’t this supposed to be what y’all live and die on. He said he understood but still wouldn’t do anything. Well I will not be back to this location.

Updated review:Changed from two stars to one because I just got more settled and realized they didn't give me the ice cream cup I ordered.Original review:Always a slight hit or major miss coming to this location. I only come here because it's the only one local to where we do business. Today, there's golden hair on my chicken strips. The strips lack batter as well. I pulled one apart wondering was it even cooked throughout. Their site will allow you to add salad dressings but when you receive your order you don't get them because they charge extra .52cents. I only realized this because it kept happening and I called them about it. I only chance coming here when I need to stay closer to work and I prefer Chick-fil-A over mostly any other day food options. No bother calling to express service anymore because their responses are very cultured ( p.s. I'm naturally born and raised in culture, but even I know it's not always good for business to respond in certain ways to clients/customers).. this review was well overdue, but the hair on my chicken took me to review today. Lastly, they don't offer as many rewards as other locations. Shopping at this one I noticed a huge difference in rewards than another location, which could have something to do with economics and location but it's something I noticed. Oh, my lemonade was Waaaaaay too flavored today, tasted like they let a teenager make it and they dumped 3x as much Country Crock Lemonade in the mix. I used to think it was REAL lemonade, but today proves it is definitely Country Crock or something similar. I guess I get my money's worth if I turn my drink into two large drinks when I get back to my workspace and add water in two separate cups and pour the solution they sold me into both cups lbvs.Lady (mid 30's-40) with the beautiful dred locs in blue uniform (Carmel tone) is very professional, informative and courteousOlder lady (Carmel tone, mid 50's-60) has a negative, short disposition about herLady (darker toned, mid 40's-50) in blue uniform is informative and has a casual/ perfessional demeanor
