Curbside is TERRIBLE!!!! I've been left sitting there on two occasions and had to go inside to get my food. The curbside attendants were standing there on their phones. Management also is no help!4/15 Ordered a medium rare ribeye for pickup and was terribly disappointed when I made it home. This steak was hard as a brick! I couldn't even cut into it. I know it's not a steakhouse, but come on now. Your cook has to know the difference between medium rare and well DEAD SMH! Curbside still sucks! Why do they even offer it as ah option?

Horrible experience. Food was cold by the time I had to go inside after waiting 40 min in curbside for my food to come out. Stuff was missing. Just all over bad experience. I would never recommend to anyone I know.

Very bad service foodbwas wrong and the manager on shift insisted the food was wrong even know she was shown the problem blaming my wife for there problem server was very rude and un responsive to service had to get damn near everything myself to have my children taken care of from stars for there drink to napkins about the only thing I didn't get was the actual food and I could of and have cooked better food for them. Onto of all that the food being wrong and the appetizer we ordered came out after our normal food did several things overcook and just hard as a rock

I just want to begin by saying I would never recommend this location to anybody .2 nights ago we decided to stop in for a late dinner because some new items on the menu caught our eye and it’s close by . ..The lemonade , watered down.The appetizer took 40 mins to come out (egg rolls)The SW egg rolls tasted microwaved ( I actually asked our server if they did that) ; it had cold spots throughout the appetizer and very soggy.The server apologized but didn’t take it off the bill or offer a resolution.We ordered 2 smokehouse platters , everything except the chicken crispers and jalapeño sausage was TERRIBLE.The fries room temp and limp , the wrong half quesadilla on the plate , ribs were like beef jerky , when the right quesadilla came out 30 mins later (CBR) , it had a weird citrus taste to it, corn was soggy and had sooooooo much black pepper on it that it was overpowering .The whole entire experience was just disappointing.The back of house deff doesn’t care about quality control and the server just didn’t seem to care either.I wouldn’t even feed that food to my dog.

Update: We ordered 4 items. Two southwest egg rolls, bone in buffalo wings and chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. I took one bite and the quesadillas did not taste right. Tasted old, as if it was cooked in old grease or something inside was. We liked everything but that.Shawn/Shaun/Sean the general manager comes to my table to ask me why I didn’t like them. I explained and he pushed more, so I tried to explain better. He continued to interrogate me about what was old. Then he says “Well fine, I’ll take it off this once because we make our food fresh”. Okay, sir. I didn’t ask you to remove it. And I’m sure you saw one bite was taken. Not even two, only one bite. You came to me and asked, then interrogated me about it… as if I’d requested for you to comp my whole meal when I never even asked for you or for you to remove an item off my bill.Our waitress was nice. Everyone else was. Took him to come over and speak down to me to ruin my experience. I didn’t have an appetite anymore. Never finished the food I did pay for. Even my kids looked at me when he left, wondering why he came at us the way that he did. They were ready to go after that and embarrassed by how he was speaking to us.Shaun/Sean/Shawn needs management training. He needs a coarse on how to speaks to customers. No way our experience should’ve been that bad because of our 1 minute encounter with him.I will be reporting this to corporate. Can’t let it go. It was just uncalled for and extremely rude and embarrassing for us.

So coming from a server/manager background I was impressed. They were all on point. Was met at the door by the manager who was warm and friendly, and knew his job and did it well. The service though was impeccable. Her name was Crystal and she was light hearted, patient, and all around pleasant. Very good at her job. The food came out sizzling. Great job guys, for sure will return. ❤️
