Updating my review as it's warranted! After a long day of travel, I had 1 thing on my mind a juicy burger and 5 Guys did not disappoint! Whole process took about 15 min and I have no issues with that, why, because your burger is cooked when you order it and your fries are dropped same time. I ordered a Cheeseburger, 2 patties, with mustard, pickle, onion, extra lettuce, little fry and regular drink. I opted to tip the staff, so whole thing was right under $21. I don't mind the cost here because my food was Fantabulous! Staff were working so efficiently together, it was a great sight to see. My food was amazing and IG Pic worthy. That first bite of the burger and I knew I'd made the right choice.

Quite possibly the most disappointing burger I've ever had in my 40-plus years of life. I ordered the "Little," b/c I don't need to spend $9 (!!!!) for a fast-food cheeseburger--and I don't need a half pounder. The patty I got was so thin and shriveled and almost tasteless--definitely a mystery meat contender. Just terrible quality. The lettuce, tomato, and green pepper slices were good. And the cashier Dylan was very polite and pleasant. But what a disappointing, expensive meal--and I'm still hungry!!

Terrible, do not recommend. I can't wear a mask and the lady there wants to explain some ordinance. Do I have to explain ADA discrimination just to place an order. I support small businesses whenever I can, but this one will never see a dime from me!

Nasty greasy fries! Do you need a diners club card to eat there! Nothing but an overrated hamburger that isn't worth half the price you pay for it! It's just plain gross

Can I just say I was in here for about 20 min last night for a online order. I figured they'd be busy so I didn't mind sittin and waiting. What I observed In that 20 min what amazing. So many rude entitled people. There was one particular woman in there that just couldn't understand something about her order after the manager repeating it COUNTLESS times. I would have lost my cool. But nope, she stayed calm and didn't let it bother her and moved on to the next with a smile (from what I could tell lol)! The way she was managing her staff AND still working the register herself when things got hectic was amazing! She absolutely deserves recognition and respect! I applaud ANYONE who can deal with this fast paced environment and still manage a team of people!! Go you Boss Lady!! ALSO hell yeah for consistently changing gloves literally every single time she touched something. She took the gloves off she was using just to hand me my cup, straw, and lid. Thank you for understanding cross contamination!!

Terrible burger Soggy Missing toppings I paid for Meat had no seasoning Burger was wrapped in heavy duty foil Bun stuck to the foil. Large fries were burnt. Darker than the potato skins No salt , terrible taste, like chewing on erasers Don't go here

Went for the first time New Year's day. Very disappointed, to expensive and the Burger's aren't any better than Rally's. Won't go back.

Very disrespectful staff working at 6pm on 3/11/19. An elderly customer asked the staff to please turn down the music and they proceeded to turn it up. When she confronted them, they started laughing at her. The entire group of patrons were forced to leave. Our bill was more than $90 and we couldn't even eat it.
Finally got around to trying them late fall. I went during a slow evening with a couple of people(2+ me) for to go orders.Being my first time there I wanted to look at the menu which was met with impatience so I quickly rattled off my order and waited. It was pretty clean and quiet and slow on my visit. I ordered the little bacon cheeseburger and fries. The burger wasn't "bad" just a bit dry and unseasoned and the bacon was forgotten,the potatoes weren't properly cleaned so the Cajun fries had that dirt flavor to it but I could tell they would've been fine if properly cleaned. I still gave three stars instead of one or two because it looked like two or three people were being trained on the grill and topping stations so I was essentially served "practice" food but haven't been there since due to the first impression.

Excellent service and food is extremely delicious. They serve a veggie burger that is to die for.the french fries are spot on! The burgers are huge. This is a must try. EXCELLENT AND VERY SATISFYING!

Been to many locations over the years, and we've had disappointing experiences here more than once. I'm embarrassed for this franchise owner. Employees just don't seem to care, they take their breaks at the front table, even eating and drinking items not from five guys, burger buns are soggy, music was so incredibly loud I couldn't hear my daughter across the table, let alone the young lady call my name for my order. Overall really disappointed in this location and the fact that it's allowed to continue like this, and will probably drive to streets of st Charles location in the future even though it's 20 min out of my way.

Very neat place, service is pretty good and the store is well kept. Burgers are amazing! I like that you can have it all the way without additional cost. But also the burger price here is slightly more expensive than your ordinary fast food place. Also they don't have meals here so you would have to buy your fries and drinks separately. I suggest when getting fries is to get a small because they really fill your fries up and plus extra! This is probably why people love five guys! Did you know that it's called five guys because the owner he have 4 boys! Hense 5 guys.
