I normally don't write reviews, but JFC tonight was a terrible experience. I legitimately feel like someone was just messing with me. I ordered through doordash, got a hotdog combo meal with fries, drink, and a sundae on the side. Got everything right, except instead of a hotdog, I got a patty melt. Okay, no big deal, got doordash credits so I could re-order my hotdog. That's all I ordered the second go around. SECOND TIME, instead of a hotdog I got two orders of onion rings and another patty melt??? Receipt was definitely mine. This was a first for me. Whoever is responsible for orders up there needs to be trained a bit better because whoooooo feels a bag with a receipt that only has "hotdog" on it and goes "wow that feels heavier that just a hotdog oh well"????

This Freddys is going downhill fast!!! Very bad service, disrespectful employees out front, specifically who they have dealing with the public. Management not holding people accountable. I've given this place several chances to get it right, however, the bad has outweighed the good. Not gonna give specifics because its to much to explain. All I will say is that its very unfortunate to have such a nice place in the area and not be able to enjoy it.

3rd times a charm! 3 times they have gotten my order wrong by just forgetting to put stuff in the bag, giving me the wrong size, or plain running out of things. Ghetto and don't bother complaining to corporate, they just route you back to the store manager which is inept and the reason they are out of everything in the 1st place. I don't want coupons or a free meal, I want y'all to fix it
