Not sure why I continue to give this place my business. Everytime I order from here doesn't matter if it's done in, take out, or delivery it's ALWAYS wrong. I have ordered the Pineapple Express shake 4 times now and every single time I have not gotten it and instead of letting me know their out or whatever they give me a soda which leads me to believe my order is correct and it's not. Everyone wants a pay raise but nobody wants to work and they all have attitudes. How hard is it to do your job?!?!

Let me start off with I love Jack In The Box food. It was 8:03 am I went to to get a breakfast combo i waited to order for someone to take my ordernot sure how long so I went to a table (WHICH EVERY TABLE IN THE STORE NEEDED CLEANING AND THE FLOOR WAS STICKY) and sat down so I could order on the app. (I could not get the app to work) I had to ask for salt because they only had pepper on the bin. The food was hot as it should be and tasty.

I'm a dashing and when I was there waiting on the food I got thrown another order so I went to let them know. They yell back from the back ok we will get to you when we can so the attitude. Me and the other customer look at each other like what just happen. Meanwhile they made the customer wait while they did what ever in the back they thought was more important than the customer

Dealing with Mrs. Mitchell is totally a disappointment to say the least!! Ordered chicken strips...asked for 3 sauces...instead of her telling me it was going to cost extra after the first 2 she simply took away the 3rd. Bad attitude and very short tempered. The food was great but if you have to deal with her i hope this location closes first. I have never been or seen disrespect so in your face from someone as elderly as her. I do not know if this was a bad day for her but i hope your business addresses her costumer service skills and lack of. There were other customers there and the same inappropriate behaviors were given to them as well. Please train this lady again or help her to provide better or at least substandard service that should be expected. Smh...
