I usually don’t leave reviews because I actually run a store myself. That being said if you don’t mind driving to another location i would recommend it. I ordered 2 days ago…both my sandwiches were incorrect despite the receipt showing it was rang up correctly, keep in mind this was right before they closed so I couldn’t bring it back and we had to eat our sandwiches. We called yesterday and they told us to call back today to talk to their GM. We returned and we were only being offered 50% off and today my sandwich was still missing something on it. I won’t bother to get it remade I won’t be back.

Worst service I’ve experienced at a Jimmy John’s.Stopped in last night around 7:45 and no hello, no welcome to JJs, no someone will be right with you. A young lady was making sandwiches, a young man was on drive through and another young man was walking back and forth from the back to the kitchen.My wife and I were the only customers in the restaurant and no one even made eye contact. We stood there longer than we should have actually (about 5 minutes) before one of the young men finally approached the register and mumbled something. I assumed he wanted our order so we ordered. ??♂️. I asked for extra hot peppers on my gargantuan. My exact words were “extra hot peppers, extra extra, I want a lot”. There were about 5 peppers when I opened it up.It will be a while before I return… if I do.

I dont know why people apply for jobs they dont want. Attitude taking my order for no reason and didn't ring up what I asked for and what you did ring up I didn't get. The entire experience was awful and there is no reason why I pay $30 and don't get what I order , it's only 1 sandwich. If u don't want to work at jimmy johns get another job.
