I ordered right before closing. Unfortunately,there was a crowd waiting on orders. The staff 3 gentlemen & 1 young lady. All working,working hard. The gentleman preparing the sandwiches caught my attention. He had so many orders,but still had a good spirit doing his job. It’s rare to see young adults working hard,so I thank you all.

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER!! They always forget something. I guess they are to busy to read how to make the sandwich, everytime. I won't be going there anymore.

I love other locations for Penn Station but this one is genuinely awful. 100% of the time they get our order wrong or forget an ingredient that comes on the sandwich, or we pay extra for an additional topping and they forget that entirely despite us being charged for it. Ordered tonight and everything was wrong and unfortunately didn't realize until we were already home. Additionally employees are not attentive, and are usually rude and just ignore you entirely. Have tried to place orders over the phone and was told "just a minute " just to listen to a conversation in the background for almost ten minutes before hanging up.

Great Rubens honestly. I believe at this specific restaurant they must have a shaved beef shortage bc everytime I get a Philly cheese steak, they instead give me A Minnesota cheese onion sandwich (with a side of beef). I’m not about keep picking different sizes of onions out of my sandwich , when all it does is ruin the sandwich further. And many people may “say just ask for the sandwich with no onions.” I’ve done it three times every time i’ve gotten the same exact thing an onion sandwich

My friend and I went in tonight to have dinner. There were 7 staff members and only a few customers. My friend and I ordered on the same ticket. I got my food and ate until it was gone and still sat there waiting for my friends food. Then they gave her the wrong sandwich after waiting all that time the fries weren’t done. So we had to wait for them to make another sandwich. Most of them were standing around talking and going back and forth to the back. They had about 4 lady friends that were also in the back that had on regular clothes. They were more concerned about what they were doing than the sandwich that we sat there waiting on while the manager had to tell them how long my friend had been waiting on her sandwich and that it needed to be wrapped to go. They gave it to her in a basket for dining in. I’m not understanding the reason there had to be 7 staff members standing around confused about one sandwich even after they made the correct one.
