My tacos were broke when the manager made them and closed the lid. I said is thar how I'm going to be served and she said unfortunately that's how they do. She didn't offer to remake the one that broke nor did I receive a discount. This store is horrible and the attitude that followed made me wanna go off but I didn't. It's time to hold these restaurants accountable for their actions and unprofessionalism. I will never ever patronize this brand again. No locations will get me...read full review

I did order Nachos online and I got there and they were there but got home and no chips for the dip. I paid too much for the order to be wrong and will waste more gas to turn back around to go back. Really
