Well I was there to pick up an online order and it took about a half hour of sitting and waiting which isn't bad but I seen about four people come back in the door with incorrect orders.
This restaurant (used loosely) is a joke. Service joke. Food joke. Atmosphere joke. Ownership should be embarrassed. The video of employee trying to fight in the lobby......nail in the coffin.

This place has awful customer service. We ordered from him a month ago and experienced bad service- tried it again tonight and received the same bad service. Order placed on line- given 16-21 minutes ready time. Over an 1.5 hour later- no order. They couldn’t find it. Asked for refund and was told they couldn’t give us a receipt to show a refund and to wait 3-5 days and then come back if the order is not received.
