I've been here four times in the last month. Every time, I got slightly warm food. 3 out of 4 times I didn't get any dipping sauce. The people working there talk and act like they couldn't care less. And their drive-thru menu looks like a bucket of grease was poured on it, hard to read.

They were a 4 out of 5 rating. But not in the last 2 years. They got my order wrong and when I pulled up to the drive through I was told that I needed to get back in line and reorder at the drive thru again. What sense does that make. Terrible service. So I rate them 1 out of 5.

Order chicken livers!! ? They are cooked to order so piping hot fresh put of the fryer. The Cole slaw was crisp and tangy.

The disappointment ?. I usually have a pleasant experience at Churches but not today. I ordered a 3 piece white and got a thigh and drumsticks. Mac and cheese, which you can see was burnt(which I threw in the trash) due to it not being edible. I don't understand, they were not busy. This is unacceptable, I wasted my money on food I know they wouldn't have eaten. ?

Service sucked basically thru the bag at me , there was more mayo on the sandwich, than chicken .
Ttthhheee BIGGEESST cockroach came out of our bag from the location at 40 hwy and Cryster in independence Missouri. And I called they said they do not have roaches.......Ahhhhhh...I KNOW I DONT. I HAVE an address to prove...We just spent $55.00 there. And called and there is NO CORPORATE NUMBER.

The drive-thru is kind of small but other than that they did not take that long with handing the food out of the drive-thru so I didn't have to wait in line forever even with cars in front of

We have always stoped and ate their chicken here. Its been always hot and fresh no matter what we ordered even thru drive thru. Today was the first time we got cold chicken tenders that werent fresh at all. Who ever now runs this store is losing our business because we can no longer trust their food - which has always been some of the best chicken in KC - even comparable to Strouds. Very unfortunate!
