4.3 avg rating? Nice looking place, unfortunately, I didn't receive a good dinner or service. The kc strip steak was most definitely of a low quality. Tough as a Firestone tire. Austin, my server felt it was appropriate to address me as "man" when he found the time to stop by my table.Yeah, you offered me 10 dollars off my next visit. No thanks. Just try harder, and perhaps some staff training is in order. I had to endure the staff conversation about their recent auto accident while ignoring serving the guest(yeah, me) !!!

I've been here several times with my family and my favorite part has been the salad. The steaks come out tough, fatty, and chewy, and the sides are small and dry like they've been sitting under a heat lamp too long. For what it costs, it's not worth it. The waitstaff that you interact with at the table are always very pleasant, so maybe it's just a kitchen malfunction.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat ground all the way in, easy to roll in

I recently dined here while staying at the attached hotel for business. I was impressed. The meal I had was absolutely delicious. From the honey butter with warm bread to the wonderful butternut squash dish, ending with carrot cake to go. The presentation was done fabulously.But what really stood out was the atmosphere of the restaurant. The cozy yet upscale decor with a western theme. Loved it. From walking in the door to finalizing the bill the service was perfect. I truly enjoyed my meal and overall dining experience.This is a must visit restaurant for delicious food and a lovely atmosphere.

Several years, we’ve been regular customers at this Hereford House. Our last visit, the steak and salmon were burnt. This visit we thought we were ordering at happy hour prices, to find out later, happy hour prices are ONLY good in the bar area and not the dining room, as mentioned under happy hour on the website.They continue to over cook our steaks. I hope others have better experiences than we have. They didn’t even offer to comp a drink.

We had a birthday party for my 18 year old grandson. I asked him where he wanted to go and said Hereford House from his past experience there. We had a good time in the private dining room which we all really liked. Jennifer was our hostess and we want her again.
