Shocking as it is, this was my first time at Hi-Boy. It was good! The burgers are huge, though my daughter and I found them just a bit spicy. I liked it, but the picky kiddo refused to eat half her burger. The fries are good, with a bit of a coating, but my tots were a smidge underdone. They use fresh diced onions, and a lot of them in the burger. If you want to add condiments, you'll want to flip your cheeseburger and open the bottom bun, because the top one is glued on with cheese. No kid meals with toys, which I like, but my child was slightly disappointed in. The burgers are the flattened kind, but they don't use that as a way to use less meat. They have fried pickles and onion rings, as well as shakes, but I didn't try those today. Atmosphere is clean and slightly updated old- school diner.

So sad they got rid of onion rings. I couldn't eat anyone else's rings and now they had to stop selling them. I completely understand though because I had their rings a few weeks ago and they definitely did not taste as good as their original ones.

We were very disappointed. The gentleman taking our order never even made eye contact and seemed inconvenienced that we were there. The fries tasted like they had been cooked in the same grease as fish or the oil was old. The cheeseburger was obviously thrown together.The plus side was that the dining area was very bright and clean. Way over priced for the low quality. Most of it went in the garbage.We will not be going back.

Best burgers and onion rings in town however their prices have gone up but what hasn't, thank you Joe Biden for creating inflation! Update: We were looking forward to dining in. After driving many miles, we arrived around 5:00pm to see a sign on the door that said "dining room closes at 4:00pm." Couldn't believe it!!! Had to eat at another burger place that was very good and the dining room was open. Think we found a new place to eat.
$77 and not at all impressed... best thing we got was the onion rings... spicy chicken sandwich wasn't bad but burgers and tenderloin tasted weird (3 ppl eating it and we all thought so)
