I ate today at the independence Longhorn. I’ve always loved their steaks the fillets especiallyI ordered a margarita which was delicious but when my steak came, it was cold after one bite I asked them to warm it up. They brought it back out and although it been cooked another minute it was still cold, and it was the toughest steak I’ve ever had, when I told the waitress this she spoke to the manager and when they presented me with the bill they took 10% off the steak which is $2.50 off a $70 bill. I probably won’t be going back to this restaurant it’s such a shame too this is how they handle Customer complaints, of which this was my first bad experience :(

Took my son for his 15th birthday, He had a steak dinner, and a lava cake! Everyone got steak but me, I has salmon! It was very tasty! The stuffed mushrooms are an amazing appetizer!!

I arrived at the restaurant at 9:15pm with about 6 people and told the server more people could come upwards to 21 people total but we are her with just 6 people and we were willing to sit separately we were told that they didn’t have enough servers or kitchen staff to serve us and was tuned around at the door. The restaurant was almost empty maybe at most 10 guests there. I was very disappointed in my experience and felt they were just ready to close and go home. We will not be back. Went about 4 exits up the highway to Texas Roadhouse got there at 9:30pm and received exceptional service keep in mind they closed at 10pm as well.

We were out celebrating his birthday everything was so yummy and perfect! The filet is our favorite! The parmesan chicken is also delicious! we really like everything we have there! Thank you

My mom's and dad decided to reserve a dinner party of 10 and we get to the restaurant and have to wait for about 4hours and still didn't get to eat. I've never had this happen as many times as I've been and I know we should've chose Texas Road House because longhorn was very disappointing and unprofessional. One of the female waiters/host was so rude she lied and told the manager we were trying to be confrontational and asked us to leave... All because I asked about how long for us to put our order in. I don't recommend anybody to give them services because they racist. We were the only black family in the restaurant that didn't get serviced. Never again, we have to do better!

Ridiculous,the steak wasn't seasoned very blah. Baked potato was old and reheated. Server finally came back to give me my check and remove my uneaten dinner and empty tea glass! Never again ?
