The hot cheetos were stale in both burritos..when advised staff of this they just said "oh", no offer of replacement, nothing. The rest of the food was good, but need to work on their customer service skills. Will return just not for cheetos

We both ordered Ranchero Fajita Trio. It was sitting in a pool of grease. So was my husband's hard tacos which was over $4 each. What happened to this restaurant? It has the same name, but is not the same quality at all. It used to be our favorite. Prices have increased, which is fine if the food is good. We spent over $50 for two people and wasn't happy. Won't be back
Ordered two taco salads and one bean tostada. 30 bucks. Jesus I could have made that myself for 12 bucks, or gone to Longhorns for a nice steak dinner. Last time for me here, and I used to be a regular customer.

So I came through the drive-thru ordered the number 12 which is tamales with a side of rice and beans and the beans were so watered down that they are now in my bag and not in the container and I don't have beans now with my meal because they were all over my salsa containers all over my napkins I don't have napkins either and everything was just ruined. This is not the same place that was rancheros It says rancho's now It does not taste the same at all these tamales don't taste like a normal tamale I don't even taste the corn. I've never had sour cream put on tamales and lettuce does not belong at the bottom of food. It's hot food going on raw lettuce that is the most disgusting thing in the world wilted iceberg is horrible. Worst experience at this location ever.
