Ordered chalupas, and the shells were stale. It was harder and more chewy than normal. In order to use the bathrooms, the cashier has to open the door for you. They won't give you the code for the door, then they acted like it was an inconvenience. Makes you feel bad that you needed the bathroom. Also in the bathroom, the hand sanitizer unit is next to the sink, and the soap is next to the towel holder. So when you are washing your hands, the closest one you reach for, isn't soap....read full review
I got a free taco because of Taco Tuesday & they made me wait longer to get one single taco. They got everyone else taking care of them before me. If they are free I shouldn't get pushed to the back in the line. That made me feel not

My order was wrong twice in a row however the first lady I talked to was accommodating and the second time I went through Mason was extremely well mannered he was understanding and he was apologetic and he was just a true definition of what customers like to see what it comes to customer service skills.
