Good pizza normally but this last time the lady taking my order messed up a eazy order and the pizza was lacking SMH had to wait 15 min so the kids could eat while the other pizza set.

I recently tried Tim's Pizza and I must say, their Ballpark Pizza is on another level! The addition of sauerkraut really elevates the flavor profile, giving it a unique and delicious twist. The crust is also noteworthy--it's not as thick as traditional pizza crust, but it's not too thin either, striking the perfect balance. While waiting for our pizza, we had a great time enjoying a few cold beers and playing arcade games. It was a fun and relaxing way to pass the time and added to the overall enjoyment of the experience. They also have a big party room, which would be perfect for gatherings or celebrations. One thing to note is that Tim's Pizza only accepts cash or check. While this might seem inconvenient to some, I see it as a sign of their dedication to their craft. If a restaurant can thrive without relying on card payments, it shows that they are truly on top of their game. Overall, Tim's Pizza is a must-try for pizza lovers!

Pizza was great. Got the Mexican and deluxe cheese. I liked how they cut it into small pieces because I have 3 kids. Service was great. Young guy Jesse that worked there made us feel like we were family. It was our first time in and we will definitely be back.

I have to tell you about an incident that happened last Friday 2/9 around 5:00PM at your establishment. My wife and I came there to eat dinner and we ordered two pizzas ticket number 11166. My wife has food allergies, so we have to be careful not to get contaminated while we waited over 45 minutes for our two pizzas and they still never came to the table and then we notice that someone walked up to the counter and handed back a pizza which was then redelivered to our table cold. When we went up to the counter to tell them that the pizza was cold and noticed that it had been sitting on someone else's table for a while the cook in the back came to the front and just said well it's OK because he said he didn't touch it. The matter if he touched it or not; it was cold and sitting on someone else's table possibly contaminated and my pizza never arrived now we're waiting almost an hour for our food and we just ended up leaving after I asked for a full refund. It just seems that on Friday nights the staff are much younger and don't understand people that have food allergies and how important it is for the people that do have food allergies. I could tell you the reason that the pizza was returned to the front was because my wife is allergic to cheese and there was no cheese on this order. We have eaten here many times in the past and not had incidents with the people that worked during the day but the last couple of times that we have been there in the evenings it seems the pizzas take much longer to come out and there is usually an issue. I just feel that you should know what's going on so hopefully one day we might be able to come back in order the two pizzas that we normally order without having been contaminated. I do have a question and why do they ask you your name when you make the order if they're not going to verify it when they drop off the food at the table. I just feel it would be better for them to verify the name on the ticket instead of just going out and wandering around asking whose pizza this is. The people ahead of us in line got their pizzas in a timely manner and two people after us got their pizzas but we never gut ours and this concerns me and it should concern you as well.
