Did carry out wing deal with the fries and wings on the app got home to just the wings and ranch which had spilled all over the bottom of the bag. Completely forgot my fries. Wont be back if they cant fill a simple order like wings and

Wish I could give negative 10 stars. They always say it will be 30 minutes.. then you go pick your food up they talking about another 1.5 hours!!! This is the second time in a row. Ordered online one time they tried to say they never got my order even when I showed confirmation! Do not even waste your time or energy on this place! I will never get this location again! Just horrible.

Service or lack of, service was horrible when the manager tells the cashier to just ring up the customers and take life as it comes instead of having there hand held because they gave been trained to do a job but they just couldn't handle the work better luck next time.

Honestly, I haven’t got my food yet. Even though I placed an online order and was up about twenty minutes ago. I have watched two door dash drivers come in for their order and them brush them off and said order already been picked up. I have worked in the food industry for about ten years and never have I seen so many repeat orders with different drivers. Sounds really suspicious. second you have people waiting 40 minutes for their food while the girls who work the front counter go straight back to get their food for behind the register. It’s literally always something at this location it’s a shame.

I had a online order, when I get there there was people in front of me being taken care of but as soon as I am next I get the cashier back, she ignored me and doesn’t bother to even help me, even when another employee says you have a customer I’m still ignored, other employees were on their phone or playing around and another with his pant half down. I saw the manager in the back doing all the work and doing a great job, I just wish they can control their employees and talk to them about customer service, treat people how you want to be treated.

Horrible experience Everytime I order to go from this particular location! Most all Wingstop locations are generally slow, this one is by far the worst! I'm talking 30-45 min waits AFTER you arrive to pickup your pre ordered food! Placed the order an hour before hand and still have 30/45 mins of waiting! Tonight is the last time I will ever go to a Wingstop! And those wait times are around 8 pm as well not around 5/6 pm!!

Ordered 40 wings and it was all in one box. We couldn't tell by looking at them what kind they were. It was not ideal to know what your getting.
Absolutely terrible service. Walked in and the girls at the register were sitting down facing the other way. Took them 5 minutes to get even get their attention.Food said it was supposed to be ready, but still took another 20 minutes

I tried to call in a order but the young man was so rude. I had to hang up. I was ordering 50 wings and I was tryin to tell him my 2 sauces choices. I had a brain freeze as they call it on the name of the 3rd sauce. And he sat there and said what's ur next sauce. I said I can't think of the name. Give me one sec it will hit me. He exhaled heavily and 2 secs later said ma'am what is ur next sauce. I said I'm sorry I'm on ur app give me a few secs to find it. So as he exhaled loudly again I replied well do u mind reading off the sauces. He then paused for 5 secs and began reading them off fast. I sat on the line and ended up coming across the sauce I wanted but online and as I was going to say it. Soon as he gone done reading the list he goes what's the next sauce. I usually don't complain bit the rudeness in his tone and the way he handled my call moved me wrong so I hung up. Guess I'll be ordering 50 wings from some place else.
