I love McAlister's! I've been going here since a kid when I used to get a kids cheese pizza with Honey Grams as the little snack on the side. I placed an online order that was to be ready for pickup at 12:08pm. Waited 15 minutes before saying anything because staff were obviously busy. Finally was told it would be another 10-15 minutes before potatoes were done baking. Understandable! Left to run a couple errands and was back in the store 20 minutes later. ORDER STILL NOT READY!!!! When eating in, food is always out hot, fast, and correct. We ordered it take out frequently, and our orders are always missing pickles. (I love their pickles) Staff are always friendly.
