I'm not from Jeff City, but was driving by and seen that the place was packed, so I stopped to eat. Super friendly staff, beyond reasonable prices. I don't normally like anybody's white gravy but my own, but my server recommended the Country Fried Steak. It came with 2 sides in addition to the mashed potatoes and gravy. Sometimes there is a short wait but it's worth it. Great service, they are a well oiled machine. Biscuits are great but everything is. We have never had bad food here.Parking: Plenty.

Outstanding diner breakfasts served fast and hot, even when busy. Place is expectedly noisy but clientele is a nice hodgepodge of chattiness and friendly. For a little over ten bucks you can fill yourself up in preparation for the busy day ahead and not break the budget. Service staff courtesy and synergy with kitchen is a huge plus. They're moving soon, to a larger nearby location. 9.4/10 ...might be the best breakfast in a town full of good breakfast spots.
