“The wife and I came in about an hour before they closed a few nights ago. Had a gentleman pull up a chair and made small talk with us before taking our orders. Cozy little Mexican restraunt, but ill need to try more from their menu at an earlier time soon!“
“First impression is very good. Margaritas are fantastic and the free chips and salsa are outstanding. The salsa has a little kick to it which you don't find at a lot of Mexican restaurants locally. Awaiting our meals but have no doubt they too will be beautiful as you can see here.“
“We live in Como and took the drive to Jeff City to check out this Mexican restaurant because of the food pictures they posted on Facebook looked very good. We love the decor of this restaurant and makes you feel like your in Mexico ??. The food was pretty good, but the margaritas could use just a little more tequila. Overall, we would definitely go again to check out some of the other food selections.“

“Must Mexican restaurants offer the same menu for about the same prices and they taste about the same. Went into El Jimador in Jefferson City expecting just that. Boy were we wrong. The man who seated us and took our orders was extremely pleasant but not overly intrusive. The food was close but a little bit above the normal Mexican restaurant fare. But they had a salsa bar... Holy mother of pearls, it was amazing. Avacado salsa, Pico de Pina, salsa Verde, a mango salsa, grilled jalapenos, grilled small onions bulbs, several other salsas, wow!It took the meal to a whole new level. I now see there is a difference in Mexican restaurants and this place is by far our favorite.“
“This place was suggested to us by a family member and our attorney, and it was not a mistake. We visited from a short travel distance but we were in the area and I'm glad we went. However, now I can't wait to go back. Guess we're gonna be making a special trip. Lol“

“Good Mexican food. Portions are of sufficient size. Free tortilla chips and salsa are tasty. However, their green sauce is not the best I have had in Mexican restaurants. Service and atmosphere are fine. Good for a family meal together. They also have a spacious parking lot.“
“THE BEST CHIPS AND SALSA ANYWHERE!! Went to the location under the water tower, holy cow were those great! The rest of the food was really good as well. Atmosphere was like any other Mexican restaurant and the service was really good! I wish the beer on tap was a little colder but all in all, 5*!! Did I mention the chips and salsa?!?!“

“I absolutely love the food here! The guacamole is the best I've ever had, the ceviche (which I tried for the first time here) is a must order when I'm here food, the burrito is so big that I can have leftovers the next day, and the owner and her family are extremely nice and don't try to rush you out the door!. In my opinion, the best Mexican restaurant in town! Truly a hidden gem and I encourage everyone who loves Mexican food to try this place!“
