As a follow-up to my previous review, I still have yet to try Pita Pit but I must say that, when Jeremy was made aware of the problems with my order and delivery he seemed to be as upset about it as I was. He step up. He reached out to me and was determined to make it right. He issued me a full refund and an invite to try their product. Pita Pitt manager is always professional and friendly. My wife has a gluten allergy, they always take care not to contaminate her food. The food is always delicious and fresh. We love it.

As a frequent visitor of the PitaPit in Columbia, I had some what high expectations going into the Jeff location and they were certainly met. Staff were not only friendly, their customer service was above and beyond, and our southwest pitas (both times this is our second time back now) were delicious! It’s now our go-to lunch spot when we visit Jeff City!
