The food is absolutely amazing every time and most of the time it is good service! There is one lady here (I don’t know if she is a manager or not, hopefully not) that has been equally rude during both of my most recent visits. I don’t know if I will continue to come to this location.

Every time I come to this location they’re shake machine is never working. I can understand once here and there, buts it’s becoming an everyday occurrence with this location.

Waited 30 mins in the drive thru. They gave us the wrong order. Went inside to get it corrected and not one person came to the counter to help. When I tried getting an employees attention they laughed and walked over to the drive thru area. Waited an additional 20 minutes for someone to come to the counter/front register and just left since no body would come up. Now I'm stuck with an almost $50 charge for a slider, curly fries and a bunch of sauce.

My father and I went through the drive thru and ordered a gyro meal and a classic chicken sandwich. When we got home, I discovered the my chicken sandwich didn't have chicken on it?? So we took it back to the restaurant to have it fixed, but the employee we dealt with was very rude and disrespectful. Didn't offer to replace my father's food that had gone cold by the time we got there since we had to drive all the way back. Didn't offer to refund us the money for the chicken sandwich, but did replace the chicken sandwich which mind you the chicken wasn't even warm when I ate it right after getting it the second time ?. Won't be eating here again any time soon and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
