So glad we stopped here while passing through Joplin! Top-notch beer, solid pizza, and the best bartender Daniel. We even got to play trivia and stayed almost until close because we were enjoying ourselves so much. P.s. if you’re a cyclist, they have bike racks indoors :)

I was in the area and decided to stop at Chaos for the first time to give it a try! I really like the area where it's located and they have street parking in front and decent parking in the back. It's has a large bar seating section that puts you right in the brewery action. The space is well utilized, and everything is set up perfectly for it. Both beers I tried were amazing, and I highly recommend the Red Kingdom. They have a small pizza menu with phenomenal pricing, size, and topping options so you can customize any pizza you like. The pizza I had was simple and was just right for a tasty lunch. I would definitely go out of my way to come here for some brews, and I can't wait for my next opportunity to re-visit Chaos brewing.

Welcoming space and warm atmosphere! Park in the back and enter through the patio. The menu's just pizza and breadsticks; the pizza was fine but not particularly special. We tried both thin and regular crust. Sauce was tasty but cheese was gummy and mushrooms seemed canned, not fresh. The beers were fine too, but none so good that we needed to bring it home. Swarm, a honey wheat, seemed a bit off--rather sour and more bitter than expected. The Margarita Blonde was also bitter, with only a hint of lime--but a wine-based seltzer was so citrusy and acidic I couldn't drink it. Bar staff was very friendly and engaging. Maybe next time we'll discover a beer we love further down the list!

Brewery is located in a nicely renovated old building. Tons of off street parking behind the brewery accessable through the alley. Beer was among the best of any small brewery I've had in quite some time, and I go to a lot of small breweries.Food options are limited, but the pizza is excellent. We tried both crust styles and were impressed. Doing a few things well is always better than doing a lot things mediocrely.Daniel, our bartender, was very personable and attentive even though he was also making and cooking the pizzas. Really great products and service in a lovely environment. Highly recommend.

Ambiance was cool. Nice and open. Service was great-we chatted with the bartender for quite a while. From STL, like us, so we had a lot to talk about. No pics but I enjoyed a cocktail and my husband got one of their beers. They serve pizzas but we weren't eating there. Def will go back next time we're in town there.

This is a neat place...they have a brewery in the building and make their own beer. And they have several different beers to choose from. The redhead bartender "mike"(?). Was very friendly and helpful! Definitely a must.
