I love a great buffet. This was not. I showed up for the buffet at 11:30. They had been enchiladas that were cold. They had some Mystery meat… Ben’s and rice etc… it was very small, which wouldn’t have been a big deal, but they NEVER refilled ANYTHING, and I mean they literally never put anything on the buffet to refill it. I was there for an hour and half of the pans were empty!!! I was shocked and will absolutely never be back. The food was below average. So sad, could have been a nice little Mexican buffet.

NO, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!The refried beans were so cold that the cheese on top never even melted, and that was really the up side of my experience. Ground beef of the tacos was raw, not just on my taco, but also on my friends taco. Like pink raw. The chips were somewhat stale and not warmed like most places that serve chips and salsa. Then there was the Taco salad....what Salad? There was hardly any lettuce in it. It was literally a soupy mess salad. The onions were mushy and unrecognizable, the "fried peppers" were raw and once you tried to eat this concoction it turns in to a ugly unappetizing soup mush. Yes, we did complain and asked to have the taco "salad" comped from the ticket and our waitress stated when she came back from the kitchen that the manager said we did not have to pay for the salad, BUT if we did not pay for this uneaten gross glob we could not come back. Well... Good Riddance Lucy's Mexican Restaurant. No one wants to eat food that was precooked and served cold and raw. Oh and gooey salads. YUCK!!! If you choose to eat here, I hope that it doesn't make you sick, because its eat at you own risk! I feel that the quality of food has greatly declined since they moved from the old Pancake house on N Range Line .

First time and last time I will go here. Went on a friend's advice that it was good. My other friend and I went in to an ammonia smell. I checked out their buffet. Looked like the food had been sitting there for awhile. Some gooey and some dried out. We ordered from the menu. Both of us ordered the Karen's Plate. Chicken on rice with cheese sauce.Our teas tasted like colored water. The food was bland and the chicken was not cooked all the way. It took only one bite for each of us to get to-go boxes (she took them home to feed it to her dogs).
