It's ok. My breakfast, the barbacoa eggs were kind of odd. Almost had a sweet flavor. Not impressed.

A bit pricey for breakfast but worth it for the quality of food. The million dollar bacon is a crowd please, just make sure you get enough for everyone at the table. My salmon and rustic vegetable frittata had a creme drizzle, which was not on the menu (I think) and I cannot have, and they replaced it quickly. I ate the greens while I waited, and what a treat. Lightly dressed with lemon, it was not something I've had with breakfast but probably should.Service was friendly and the food came out fast.Parking: It's a little hard to get to, and if you can't find a spot to park, you will probably have to wait for a table

Love a great brunch here!Food is always flavorful.Atmosphere clean with lots of natural light.Fresh: juice, avocado toast, delicious greens with lemon squeezed on it as a side.Items such as smoked salmon, candied bacon, warm grain bowls. Very delicious chicken carnitas burrito! The bathrooms are clean and tiny enough here.I also appreciate the open kitchen style. You can see the kitchen is clean and clamoring to get orders out.I’m not saying you’ll get your food fast. This place is extremely busy and often has a wait, but they’re working hard at it. I’ve never had a concerning wait either.
Would not go back if I had a choice. Overpriced for what you get. They do have the breakfast they used to have. Just wasn't happy about any of the place like I was when I first went there in St Peter's mo. When they first opened up. It was great then, now. Not so

First Watch hasn’t always been one of my faves. My first experience there was less than amazing and for a year I swore it off. BUT……after a second chance and a dozen or more amazing experiences it has become one of my breakfast go-to’s in Joplin.Everything I’ve ever eaten has been superb. I’ve never regretted ordering anything from the menu as it’s all well thought out and delicious. I really enjoy the Egg Bennies and usually gravitate to the salmon. I’ve tried them all and each is on point in their own special way.The specialty juice drinks are fantastic and there’s something tasty for all palates. The wait staff is stellar. Dare I compare to Chick-fil-A level customer service? I will. Because, truth be told I’ve never had a bad experience here relating to service and CFA has botched more orders than FW.First Watch is very busy on the weekends so go early, and during the week it’s far less chaotic.Parking: Depending on the day of the week and time of day parking can be tough. Weekends are much worse than weekdays. All in all, this simply speaks to the quality of the establishment.
