We were traveling through and by the time we noticed they did not make our order correctly, we were back on the toll road. First I wasn't pleased with my Jimmy John's order.
Walked in to both employees sitting in chairs in the lobby. One was wearing sweatpants & slides and the other girl was very unpleasant with interacting with us. We just felt as if we were inconveniencing them.

Almost every time I have went here the people always forget about half of my order, getting really tired of it and I don't want to have to come back after trying to get my wife food before her break ends every day. Very disappointed that this has happened almost EVERY TIME. Do better, please.
