This is a great LJS! Food is always quick, hot, and delicious. Prices are pretty reasonable especially when compared to other fast food restaurants. 10/10 will visit again.

I always get the chicken planks with French fries and green beans. Nine times out of ten they forget the green beans. The one time I did receive them they neglected to include a fork. They never include napkins and if you request condiments, they forget to include them every time. With their prices being sky high, all I ask is to receive what I pay for and be given the utensils to eat it with.

The food and service was a mass. The building was dirty floor hadn't been cleaned for a long time, food on the floor one person said it was there over a hour as they walked out. We will not go back.

Ordered shrimp, never saw shrimp so small. Would at least like a bite. I know places are hard to keep help, but the tables are filthy, there was a bucket on one of them, seen it there another time too. The floor had pop all all over and was sticky, but there was a cone. Needles to say, we left.

No hair nets or facial covered facial worn by those prepping orders over cooked food containers. Health violation!
We accidentally grabbed the wrong coupons. We get them every month and grabbed the expired ones. The new coupons we meant to grab were the exact same ones just different dates on them. Alls the manager said was “we can’t honor them.” Didn’t apologize or nothing. If you go to Andy’s frozen custard or several other places they will honor your coupon no matter what because that’s good customer service. And isn’t some money better than none? Because guess what? We went to Taco Bell and won’t be going back here which is sad bevauee we love the food but the service is always terrible and employees are rude every time. This place will eventually go out of business if they keep doing that to customers.
