I visited here Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 7:33 PM. For dinner! I originally ordered a large garlic chicken fried rice. That was not it. I got a large chicken fried rice.I told them what I wanted and they called my order back to me, then I went to pay. I pulled around after paying and waited a few minutes for my food, which was NOT a problem! Upon arriving at home, getting inside, I then realized it was NOT what I ordered. I did not think to check because I have absolutely never had this happen from this place. I called up to the store at around 9:00 pm. Explaining what was going on. Colton answered and stated they were closed. I then explained to him that I understood they were closed, I was just trying to explain what happened with my order. Colton then told me they would replace my food, but right before hanging up, he stated I had a "deadline" of a week to come and get it remade, or they wouldn't remake it. I have been very busy with work, and I wasn't able to make it in by his "deadline." So it's awful this place does that to people after they messed up the food and someone spent close to $15.00! I don't think it is very professional for a business to create deadlines on fixing an issue they caused.

Food quality & quality according to price is 0 i order 4th time but and every time they made wrong and aometime they missed the items when i ask about it they said why don't you order directly instead of dordash .... You get discount on dordash ......Means they just wanna charge me extra bcoz inside of the restaurant prices are dubble....my recommendation is don't visit again

I don’t understand why so many comments are negative. Got this around 19:00 and it was hot, chicken was crunchy and Rangoons were one point. Will always return. ?? Remember this is fast food not five star dining.

I am soooo very picky about my Chinese food, and it took me a long time to find this place!! The amount of food you get for the price, blows my mind! They have soooo many options, they are so fast, and so nice. We LOVE this
The sauce for the sesame chicken is not supposed to be sweet and sour sauce.... but that's what they use. The chicken was perfectly fried but then they ruined it with that sauce. Same for the general So's , your supposed to use the same sauce as the sesame chicken but they use gravy... like beef gravy I've never seen this b4. Otherwise it was fine.

Over all the food here is delicious & hot. We have never had a bad experience to date. We usually order Beef, lo mein, chicken, lo mein, eggrolls, egg, drop soup and a large sweet-and-sour chicken. We live about 2 miles away, and I use my scooter to go pick it up and when I get home it's still just as hot as when I picked it up.
I love your food and we always order our sauce on the side. I got home today and they gave me the wrong sauce and there was another time that they forgot it all together and when I called up there I was told it's my job to check my own bag. I don't understand why they don't check it when it's passed out the window. They tie the bags in knots so how am I suppose to check my bag when it should be there responsibility not mine.
Food was awful. Rice tasted like it was old. Threw away the whole plate. Chicken was tough like it wasn't even chicken. Red sauce on sesame chicken, when should have been brown. I will never go there again. Paid almost $9 for combo that came with a plate of stale, dry rice, and cat meat. And a water. Worst food ever.
