My son's never been to Panera Bread and he thought that this was a great place to go to. He thought it was great variety and quality of food, he also enjoyed the service and area around him. I loved the pizza and turkey chili. Yummy! I think having the lights dimmer would improve the atmosphere just right. Dining room felt very spacious, but a little intimate at the same time because if the half walls dividing the different sections.. the young staff members were super friendly but professional at the same time.

I was very disappointed in my order. I ordered a strawberry poppyseed salad. I was handed my order and then told that they didn't have any strawberries! Since this was a key ingredient, I wish they would have given me the option to change my order instead of just giving me my order and then apologizing for no strawberries especially since it was a $14 salad!

Tried to go there this morning and their 32nd St. location was locked closed at 8 o’clock in the morning. Went to try their new one on RangeLine. I’m not usually one for bad reviews, but I was not impressed personally. The way they built it was very open and it looked like an office building with open windows and hard chairs. It had lost that sense of plush, dark, and private comfort that the other ones had, that we’ve always known Panera to be. Felt too government elite feeling. Plus, the customer service was very weak. The managers were just standing around, leaning over the counter talking , nobody paid attention. You could literally walk in there, fill a drink and leave. Sad the level of customer service and comfort that has gone down because of greed

I walked into the new location and felt very let down by the atmosphere. Cool and impersonal. Not cozy, not comfortable. I used to love being in Panera, but I don't see myself going there anymore. Luckily there are some alternatives in Joplin.

This place is constantly sold out of bread and its bread store. It’s 10 am on a Friday and they are sold out of bread. To make matters more inconvenient, there’s no local bread/ bagel shops, because of your corporate chain sub par bread company has a choke hold on smaller communities, making it near impossible for small/ local owners to bring in any sort customer base. If you’re going to hold by the balls, at least do a good job of it please.

Impressed! First time to eat here I ordered something I could not eat it was my mistake the manager Ryan went above & beyond to take care of me without any hesitation. He replaced my entire meal and helped me find something I could eat. Very polite young man as well as the other staff. Best customer service I have seen in a restaurant before. The food was delicious 5 stars all the way across the board . Will definitely be back !

Coffee is unlimited refills and always get friendly service with a smile and I recommend the cinnamon crunch bagels with cream cheese
I ordered a Bacon, Scrambled Egg & Cheese on Ciabatta and a vanilla cinnamon roll. The sandwich after tax was almost $7.... As you can see from the photos, you don't get much for seven bucks. It's mostly bread with a little egg and three of the thinnest, saddest slices of bacon I've ever seen. My first time ordering food here and probably my last. I got a free cinnamon roll for signing up for their rewards program. I'm glad it was free, I would have been very disappointed had I paid over $4 for it. It doesn't look bad but the taste is not something I care for. The order was ready on time after I placed it thru the app.Pros: Quickly got my order, easy to place on app, good packagingCons:. Value, price for what was received was very sad,

Food was bad. Almost no service. Lamps hanging so low you hit your head. Very small tables. You're expected to serve yourself and clean off your table. Won't be back.
