Waitress name:Samantha W.We have always had a great experience here. Not today. We came in to celebrate our anniversary. We were seated, waited a bit before waitress came. Nothing about this waitress was friendly. She was appearing rushed and definitely had a vibe of not wanting to be there. She got my husband's salad wrong, she acknowledged that while attending the table next to us. When she returned with the corrected salad she literally slammed the bowl on the table. No words exchanged. When our plates were delivered she slammed mine down and the lemon fell off the plate, again no words were exchanged. This was the rudest experience we've had. My husbands lobster and clam chowder soup were both cold. We weren't about to address that. If a manager would have been present we would have spoke to him/her. When she brought our ticket she asked if we wanted any dessert today, we said is there any special dessert , as we are celebrating our Anniversary? She said , "a scoop of ice cream" we said no thanks.Such a disappointment today Red Lobster.Not sure if we'll ever be back.

Food was great little slow in coming. Server was slow and failed to ask of we needed things like sugar for coffee and no ice tea refill, slow to replace more creamer. Had to run server down for each item and check.

Recently ate here for dinner with a group of friends/coworkers. We came in with a large party and they were quickly able to accommodate us. We are in the middle of the week and the restaurant did not seem too busy. Our waitress did well for the size of a party. The food took longer than expected since there weren't a lot of tables. The food was decent, but nothing to rave about. Some other service staff seemed to be goofing around quite a bit and having loud conversations to the point that it interrupted our group which was odd.

The kitchen staff: They were great ? and the food was cooked perfectly. It came properly prepared and looked delicious ?.However I would have actually been able to give 5 stars if it weren't for the reception and service we received. Let me explain my experience with them if I may. Ahem...First the hosting staff: Upon arriving our party of 4 weren't even greeted with a smile from the 2 hostesses who actually only looked annoyed we were there. We asked to be seated in a booth but we were told none were available and were seated at a middle table with empty booths all around. Second the server: After perusing the menus for about 20 minutes ⌚ our server arrived(she was very friendly) to ask for our drink order, but we had ample time to have our entire order ready to give her?. However as friendly as she was she didn't seem to be very experienced/trained for it to be coming upon dinner rush to be at this position as she wasn't very organized nor seemed to have a sense of speediness or attention to details.She finally returns⌚ with our drinks and appetizers(again the kitchen ?) but they had cooled a bit because of the wait(still amazing though ?). She then returns and brings one claw tool and a bowl for 3 orders needing them, we didn't bring it to her attention because we didn't mind sharing but then dinner came and things got complicated. Let me express that we ordered straight off the menu with nothing being changed. She couldn't remember what went where and didn't have answers for simple questions about the food on the plates, such as where the fried shrimp came from that weren't ordered, where were the 2 other crab leg orders, the ordered salad, an order of broccoli, and the cheesecake order. Oh my the cheesecake order , I think the poor girl may have melted her brain with this simple request ?‍?. So after 3 attempts at asking for them and at each attempt the complete forgetfulness of them even being requested, we ask to pay the bill, including this order of cheesecakes, so we could allow other customers to be seated as soon as we finished, she returns the receipt and card and after waiting another 15 minutes, with a full restaurant and customers waiting to be seated mind you, we finally gave up on her returning with them(and they looked like they'd be amazing ?) bad enough right but as I went to be refunded for the dessert the hostesses were completely blind to my existence, granted it was busy but ? so I tipped the minimum and I simply left. ??

We arrived at Red Lobster and they were busy, but the host was at the front. She got 2 families sat down, then left before we could get on the list. When she returned, she helped others that arrived after us. I requested that we get on the list since we had already been waiting about 10 minutes. She responded hatefully, as she had been doing with other customers and continued to not put us on the list. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. As someone who has worked in the industry for several years, I can honestly say that the host needs either more training or to be in a different position.

So we go to Red Lobster every year for Valentine's. I've never been more disappointed. It wasn't all bad, however, I made reservations 2 weeks in advance, and they had a hard time finding it. They did get us to a table 30 mins after our reservation time, which we were okay with considering how busy they were. We got to our table, ordered drinks and an appetizer (coconut shrimp). Appetizer never made it to the table. I do want to note, our server was very busy. My entree and salad were fantastic. My husband's orzo rice and potatoes were very bland. Also, there's lights that were burnt out, a couple hanging down, and the ceiling vents were filthy.
