Absolutely phenomenal burgers! Really hit the spot! It's a soft lit, almost pub-like feel atmosphere with some TVs on the walls, but not quite a sports bar... Great place to chill and enjoy some burgers with friends and family. Quickly becoming my favorite go to for great burger. I need to try their other fare, but those burgers though...Parking is odd though, and the entrance is on the backside of the building.

Fast, friendly, good food.We had the spicy green beans they were great.Corn nuggets were just right.The sweet potato fries were awesome. I normally do not eat them. My wife loves them. I tried these, and they were really good. I used korean bbq sauce on them it works.
As much as I've loved the food and atmosphere at Social BTB over the past two years since coming to Joplin, the locked bathroom policy that the geniuses who own the Gryphon Building have implemented have made it impossible to keep eating here. Once already I had to get up and leave in a hurry, only to find no other open businesses around until finally "The Inevitable" happened thanks to my desperate and futile search in town for a bathroom + Joplin traffic. That in turn caused me to have to make a detour home to.....well you know. And here as of late they seem to have doubled down on that locked bathroom policy.Oh well. There are other equally good restaurants further down Main that have open bathrooms. They will get my patronage and business from now on. I do love those Social BTB burgers, but in this instance the cons outweigh the pros when eating here.

The manager was not very nice when we tried to call ahead and arrange seating. Made me feel like we were inconveniencing him. But after arriving the wait staff was very nice. And food was good.

We just witnessed the manager and staff treat someone with total disrespect. We use to enjoy our dinners but no more.....we will not spend out money or time on a restaurant that allows this action.
