Terrible service. The young lady waiting on me didn't know how to make our order. I was actually reading the description off the board to her. Someone left angry because it was taking way too long. The assistant manager pulled me aside and asked me to do the survey complaining about the young lady. I told the assistant manager to do her job and manage.

My friend and I came here for lunch today. Today's lunch was unsuccessful. The girl who was making our food was not in the right state of mind whatsoever. She was not paying attention at all! I'm almost POSITIVE she was high on something. The most DEPRESSING thing to see! This girl was moving as slow as the sloth on zootopia working at the DMV.I said I wanted the #23 .... The Hotshot Italiano. Not the #18 The Ultimate B.M.T. Only because I ordered it last time I was at Subway and didn't want ham this time. She proceeded to do the #18 anyway. I left that alone. I then proceeded to tell her I wanted salt and pepper on my sandwich after she added all my veggies, and she put parmesan cheese on my sandwich without my permission....I looked at the store manager and said I was going to go somewhere else and she said "No, I'll fix it"I've actually tried getting a job here several times, and it is wild to me that I went out of my way several times to get a job, and she hires people who are clearly high on drugs. Whoever you are, I hope you get the help you need because your life is more important. You are more important. Good luck!

We have dined there a few times hoping that the staff was just having a bad day. After several times and the staff skimping on the sides enough is enough. Customers shouldn't be given dirty looks and treated poorly because we want a decent portion of vegetables on our sandwiches. One of the times staff refused to add veggies on our Sub.

This subway was great. Food was fantastic the people were nice. One lady did come up and have a chat with me, sat down at the table. She was pushy about me trying to get her to food from where I work at. I didn't appreciate that. I just wanted to eat my food and leave. But she kept asking and I told her no a few times. Well the guy who's working there was real nice the place is very very clean and I'm a vegan so they did have vegan options in my sandwich was great it was really good so yes if you were vegan especially with some reason to stop in and get you a vegan submarine sandwich or 6-in or a 12-in I paid for the 16-inch then he was real nice he went ahead and made it a 12-in for free cuz that was niceVegetarian options: Yes they had a vegan seven it was on their menu and it was really goodParking: Plenty of parking Huge lot

The changes to the menu have been a great improvement, instead of being someplace we avoid, Subway is now on our regular routine and sometimes we find ourselves going several times a week. The effort to have better ingredients and to make sandwiches that don't all taste the same is working.Most of the time the staff is distantly friendly but they seem to be busy all the time so I don't expect a lot of attention, that's fine. The new menu is really expensive, trying to compete in price with far better deli's. The sandwich I like is $17.00 for a foot long! Prices you'd pay at a Jason's deli, Jersey Mike's or a real delicatessen. Yes the quality is better but not going from the "five-dollar foot-long" catch phrase to $15-17 bucks. Subway is better but not that much better. Because of the pricing we don't go without coupons or discount codes to soften the blow. There is still a traditional menu with the old items on it but there is no five-dollar, foot-longs anymore.

This was our first time at the particular Subway. My wife and I met a friend for lunch who had some very good news for us. What better way to celebrate than with a freshly made Philly sub, chips, and a drink. This is not far from my workplace ee a we will be back soon. We loved the new menu.
