We first tried this place back in August 2023, and we absolutely loved it! Since then, we’ve used DoorDash since we live a good distance away from the location. However, we recently had an incident that was very frustrating. With my order, it is very simple with only 6 components: rice, a sauce I don’t remember the name of, tuna, salmon, edamame, and seaweed. Simple, right? Apparently not. This place is legit! I wasn't expecting to find good poké in the Midwest, so I was pleasantly surprised. I came right as they opened on a Monday, so they weren't busy and I got my bowl very quickly. The space is pretty nice and modern, but I ended up taking my bowl to go.I loved how many toppings you could put onto the bowl, even toppings I would consider to be premium, like Masago, Kimchi, and Seaweed Salad. Great food and very reasonable pricing. Basically sushi in bowl form. Build whatever you want and enjoy. Also much more affordable than a trip to a sushi bar with generous portions.
