Spoke with Jeffrey after my mobile was wrong. He said come back and he would remake entire order. Drive back to store and was told they ran out of chicken because they did not prepare well for the day. Husband came home said we had to contact Customer service through app to get refund. Just got food at this taco bell at 10:32 pm 28 minutes from close and I understand it can be frustrating coming kind of late but I received a quarter of a taco and a soft crunch wrap supreme. I live only 5 minutes from this location and have never indulged in eating at this one and have no interest on ever returning back to this sad mistake of a taco bell. I’ve had no problems with the food or service at this Taco Bell, but I am wondering if they need a security presence at this location. I tried to dine in on a weekday afternoon. The drive thru was open, but the doors were locked. Three staff members were hustling to make & take orders, and one opened the door so I could order and do takeout, but all of the staff were tense, and from their conversation, it sounded like they might have been concerned for their safety.Safety should...read full review
