Came in around 8:10pm to eat with a couple of friends. I always get pico and guac on my chicken bowl but the lady making my food said there was no pico or guac. Offered no apology but then I see pico and guac in the other prep area off to the side and she proceeds to tell me that it's only for online orders. Tried to come back again... nothing has changed. Its an hour before close. Nobody's waiting in line. Me and another person walk in. Lazy girl tells us to go order online they are short staffed.Yet they don't have anyone in line...Guess they like people going elsewhere cause I don't go online to order for nobody. KMA.

Poor service, rude, understaffed, and not all menu items available. We travel 30 miles to eat Chipotle and will travel a bit further next time to a different location. Stay away from this Kirkwood location, this is the second time in a row we've had a bad experience there.
