My biggest frustration would be that the grill is always "broken". When I first moved here a few months ago, it was broken. I called a month ago and was told it was fixed. Went today and it's broken again, with the portion of the menu for it removed, which tells me there isn't intent to repair any time soon.Being surprised, I asked about it and the lady at the counter was hateful about it, and continued to be so throughout the experience.The food was pretty good, usually is. Two of us ate lunch. The food was freshly prepared and hot. The staff seemed stretched to their limit. Seating area was dated but okay. Probably the biggest issue to deal with is the parking lot. Getting in and out is difficult.

Always a good experience. Good food and prices. People are always nice when I'm there. Only complaint would be the drive thru menu isn't complete - usually missing several items, deals, new items etc...
