It's changed and not for the better. Food is about the same, but staff is less attentive and rude even at times. If you forget someone's stuff in the bag and they have to drive back from home, you'd better be a little more giving.

I would like to make a correction to a previous review that I made. In an earlier one I accidentally listed an employee by the name of Aaron as the one who caused a problem for me while I was at Chipotle. He was actually the one who helped me when a random customer ran into me and caused me to spill my drink. He helped me get a new cup and a new bag of chips. Staff was very impatient, unfriendly, and not personable at all. Felt rushed and unwelcomed the second I walked up to the counter. Also staff on February 5th, at around 7:45-7:50 were arguing and being passive aggressive towards each other. Also half the dining room was off limits due to chairs being on the tables, so I couldn't sit anywhere and I would assume the cleaning duties were done, closing duties seemed to be more important than customer service.
