I wish I would have gotten the girl at the drive-thru's name today I was a little flustered and I'm not the best at doing online ordering. I used my gift card I had but I had noticed for some reason probably through operator error of my own. The 20% off didn't come off I had used the online ordering so I asked her if I could get the 20% off. She said yes. Never once told me that it was because it was my fault. Never made me feel stupid over it. Her and her manager were so polite....read full review

The food and service here are fine and the added drive through is nice but for dine in we’ll either skip Panera outright or maybe go to the Panera on the other side of town. The inside is noisy, bright and sterile. In other words, they don’t want you dining in and getting comfortable.

I love that the new location has a drive through. I got the Napa Chicken Salad on bread. Seemed like it was more of an arugula sandwich (both times I got it). Too little chicken salad.
