First up... I'm a Taco Bell kinda guy... And despite people running it down...I like it. Is it authentic Mexican food?? Nope. But it is a quick fix to take care of hungry cravings and for the most part it's consistent. That said, in recent years I think it's struggling. It's not the decor or ordering at the kiosk. After remodel feels very "sterile"& unfriendly. No one spoke when entered. Used kiosk ok, name called when order ready. No interaction, greeting. Doors on west side looked like they had been cleaned with greasy rag. Was group sitting over in corner, just loitering. Didn't see them get any food. Used to be my favorite Taco Bell. Not any more.

I went there to get the new loaded nachos I saw on tv.. the staff was less than knowledgeable with the new item..they put beef on it and the extra items I paid for and that was it...I paid 1$ for my two items and three dollars for chips and a scoop of beef..very disappointing ?
