Update: They've turned it around. Mobile ordering has been available more consistently. Food is better than my previous experiences. Bumping up my stars because it is deserved.Mobile ordering is rarely up and running. Chili, fries, salads, etc are partially filled. You will not get what you pay for. Any fried chicken sandwich is over cooked and hard to chew. Brand new store, but poorly managed. Take your money somewhere else.
