Stood at the counter for over 3 minutes watching watching the 2 cooks working the grill and the drive through worker 4ft from me work. I was never greater or acknowledged. Off to Arby's I go.
I understand places are understaffed but when I went though the drive through, I waited longer than 10 minutes just for someone to take my order. Other than that, always love white castle. Just this location is iffy.

This White Castle location takes so long in the drive thru. We were the only car in line and waited 30 mins after ordering. Got to our location and our hamburger buns were hard on top.
