“Went in and got a sandwich and a soup to split with my girlfriend. When finished, my girlfriend wanted a coconut pie slice. When we asked for it, one of the staff said we could just have it for no apparent reason! Awesome ”

Build your own burrito is way overpriced and you get little to no fillings. 1/31/24 barely a 6 by 3 burrito thin not filled properly. So upset rn. “Such a bustling place! Seems like the whole town knows how pleasant Highway 54 is. Great service with a friendly staff! Waitress was very attentive. Food was hot, fresh, and yummy!! I can definitely understand why this place is busy on the weekend. Would definitely recommend this place in Mexico! Our food was scrumptious - ordered biscuits and gravy, pigs in a blanket (pancakes wrapped around sausage links), veggie skillet, Greek omelet. Biscuits and gravy weren't very exciting (as compared to our other dishes) but still filled the belly. Grateful for Highway 54 Also appreciate the festive Christmas decor on the inside.”

“I've enjoyed going there my cousin used to own that place when it was Porky's. It was convenient and I bought the bowl of chili with grilled cheese. The atmosphere is great food is good I enjoyed it and I encourage anyone to stop in there and enjoy your food it's a good place the coffee cups are huge dollar fifty for a cup of coffee and they're great big cups the bowls of chili are big too they even serve alcohol there. It's a good place I approve this message.”

“My wife and I have come here multiple times (sometimes maybe too much) over the years. I’ve never had a bad experience here from seating, ordering to paying for the meal and leaving. The only thing I would suggest is if you plan to eat around typical busy times for any business in general (lunch/dinner) and a large group… call ahead. Other than that, always 5 stars!”

“Basic but yummy bar food minus the bar. I guess they aren't servicing alchohol anymore? It's super echoey and the kiddos inside were starting to get a bit obnoxious but that's just what comes with eating out for lunch sometimes. It wouldn't have been as bad if the echo was redused. Servers were very friendly and helpful. Ours knew her menu and gave great recommendations. But the food did take a hot minute to come out, and it wasn't all that busy. I think the bacon could have been better, and the burger more seasoned but I appreciate the pink in the middle of the burger. Fries were really good! Having a choice between skinny fries and steak fries is nice.Overall a decent little place to get food if you happen to unfortunately find yourself in Mexico MO ? I kid I kid- kinda”

“I love when my work takes me to Mexico, because I get to eat here! Their hibachi is great, their sushi is great. I tried their gyoza for the first time today, and both the dumplings and sauce were so tasty! The new Hawaii roll is delicious, too. Next time, I want to try their ramen. Hopefully I can come back soon!”

“We were visiting from out of town, and this place offered a unique atmosphere to enjoy lunch. I enjoyed the tenderloin sandwich. However, the fries were a little overcooked. Overall, I enjoyed the food and experience, and I would definitely go back.Parking: We had no trouble finding free street parking close to the restaurant.”

“There are no Hardee's in Columbia Mo. anymore. No Hardee's in Centralia Mo. where I live so I have to go all the way to Mexico Mo. to get Hardee's. So sometimes I do because I have always loved the Frisco Burgers.”
