“I'm from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, just 30 minutes east of New Orleans.I have moved around since hurricane Katrina. (not my choice)I'm now in Nixa, MO and I have been wanting some Catfish. I found this place here in Nixa called S.S. Dockside Grill and Pub. I've tried other places here but I have to say it is really good. I had the Catfish plate w/slaw and fries. Great!❤️I also had the fried pickle chips w/remoulade sauce.Hummm. All was very good. I was born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and it was pretty good considering it's not on the gulf coast.I give it a 5 ⭐ star rating.Thank you S.S. “Started going recently and always get the 2-2-2-2!!! BEST PANCAKES!!! And when the bacon was a lil crispier than i like it, i asked for it less done and that's what i got, PERFECTLY how i like it. And when you ask for crispy hash browns, you GET CRISPY HASH BROWNS. Some other breakfast places just can't seem to understand what that means. Crispy means crispy, and Tony's nailed it. Literally everything is perfect. Probably my new favorite breakfast place tbh.“
“It's a casual place, easy going and serve at a casual pace. They serve burgers, wings and steak if you choose. The people are friendly. There are times I go to eat really good, unique food items. Other times I go out to talk, spend time with friends and eat a meal. This is a place to go with friends, eat and chat. “Brosef, this place is the bomb. The food here is so good. Ngl, I did not have high hopes. Idk why, I just had a secret sus yk. But bruvna, when I walked in and saw everyones food, I started to drool bruh. I got the wings and they are no joke some of the best wings I have ever tried. It can get a little loud, especially when the Chiefs are playing (Go ATL HAWKS!). But on any other day, it is such a good atmosphere. 9/10 would big whiskeys again!“
“Dickeys Bbq does good job of affordable comfort bbq food. Every thing is good, brisket, sausage, fries are a fav, with assortment of sauces. Order at counter is very transactional, not quite fast food but you don't see the prep at counter, maybe help to visually see the meat prep for more inviting feel when you enter (as you eat with your eyes first!!). After prep you take your food on a tray to your table. Worker asked for tip at register was awkward for the wife, I didn't care. Decor is bbq rustic but dated. Has a feel that it had its heyday 10 years ago. Needs some personality but it could be last bbq standing in Nixa.“
